THE ROLE OF cadres in MONITORING THE GROWTH OF CHILDREN TODDLERS IN POSYANDU POSYANDU WORKING AREA OF PAKUAN BARU JAMBI HEALTH CENTER IN 2022

Abstract

Cadres who are part of the implementers who greatly influence posyandu activities are carried out using a "five table pattern". This research aims to determine the role of cadres in monitoring the growth of children under five in the Posyandu Working Area of the Pakuan Baru Health Center, Jambi. This research is a descriptive research. The sample in this research was 140 cadres in the Posyandu Working Area of the Pakuan Baru Health Center, Jambi in 2022. The sampling method was Total Sampling. This research was conducted at the Posyandu in the Working Area of the Pakuan Baru Health Center, Jambi. Data was collected using questionnaires and observation sheets. Data analysis uses univariate analysis. The research results showed that 140 cadres had a good role in monitoring the growth of children under five, 83 (59.3%) were quite good, 57 (40.7%) with 76 (54.3%) observational assessment results appropriate and 64 not appropriate. (45.7 %). This research shows that subjectively there is a good role of cadres but in objective results there are gaps in table 2 and table 5 in monitoring the growth of children under five in the Posyandu Working Area of the Pakuan Baru Jambi Health Center in 2022.
