The Effect Of Ultraviolet C Radiated Food On Sgot And Sgpt Values In White Rats (Rattus Novergicus) Before The Wistar Gallery

Food that remains after consumption can lead to the accumulation of food waste. Ultra Violet (UV) light exposure is one of the radiation exposures that can cause death for microorganisms. This study is an experimental study that uses random sampling method. White rats (Rattus novergicus) Wistar strain with male sex and initial body weight of about 150 grams were grouped into groups with feed consumption with ultraviolet C radiation and without ultraviolet C radiation. The results of observations of motor activity in white rat experiments (Rattus novergicus) showed no changes in movement, breathing, wounds, tremors and no death during treatment and can be carried out further examinations. The SGOT parameter examination obtained in the treated rats was 64 U/L, the results of the SGOT value are included in the normal category based on the applicable reference of 63-175 U/L. Examination of SGPT parameters obtained in treated rats is 55 U/L, the results of the SGPT value are included in the abnormal category based on the applicable reference of 19-48 U/L. There is no effect of feeding irradiated with ultraviolet C light on the SGOT and SGPT values of male white rats (Rattus novergicus) wistar strain.
