Utilization of tracers in medical record loaning

Abstract

TThe medical record file is a collection of information about the identity, results of history anamnesis, examination and records of all activities of health care workers on patients from time to time. Medical record files aim to support the achievement of orderly administration in an effort to improve quality in health services. Tracer is very important in controlling medical record files. Usually used for medical record documents was out of storage room. If the tracer is not used, there will be a lack of accuracy in borrowing by showing where the medical record file is to be stored when returning. The method used in this community service is the socialization of the use of tracers at the Sitopeng Health Center. The tracer at the Sitopeng health center has not been used effectively. There are still some officers who do not use tracers as markers of medical record files that are out. Community service was running smoothly. At first, the tracer was not used as a marker for medical record files that were out of storage. After socialization, the officers finally realized that tracers realized that it is necessary to use tracers.
