Building a healthy community through early detection and counseling for health disorders in Susukan district, Cirebon regency

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Health problems that occur in the community of Cirebon district are still high rates of infectious and non-communicable diseases. The distance of access to health services and the location of health care facilities, lack of public knowledge about health is still present in the community in Astanajapura Village, the working area of the District Health Office Cirebon. Community Service Activities in this village are in the form of early detection of health problems through health assessment and counseling carried out in an environment close to where the community lives, namely boarding school on February 14, 2020. The active participation of the community in this service activity is expected to create a healthy community that has a healthy lifestyle.
